Trump warns China Japan could take action on N. Korea

"What we said prior to President Obama's final trip to Asia is even truer today: If you're not at the table, you're on the menu", said Ned Price, the chief National Security Council spokesman during the Obama administration.

The North followed that up with two missiles that passed over Japan, and its sixth nuclear test, by far its most powerful yet.

Yesterday, a high-profile North Korean defector warned tens of millions civilians in South Korea could become a "human sacrifice" if Donald Trump staged a pre-emptive strike on Kim's regime.
